The Dark Blessings of Brokenness

I am blessed to be in a position to watch,
not only my own, but so many others:
be broken, and eventually find deep and strong healing;
to die and and be born again.

Resurrection gets all the accolades - understandably so!
But the whole enchilada is a process, a cycle.
Resurrection is only one (glorious) part of the Passion Play.

I am seeing in my own life, lately,
the Amazing Blessings of the aftermath of Breaking:
pure Grace to rise into Light and Glory,
especially after so Much Darkness and Despair.

Meanwhile I watch folks tripping, stripping, spiraling into chaos,
and I find that I trust this Divine process even more than I have before.

A cold and broken Hallelujah
for the Dark Blessings of Brokenness!

The world breaks every one
and afterward many are strong at the broken places.
But those that will not break it kills.
So, LET GO, Let God!
If people bring so much courage to this world the world has to kill them to break them, so of course it kills them. The world breaks every one and afterward many are strong at the broken places. But those that will not break it kills. It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially. If you are none of these you can be sure it will kill you too but there will be no special hurry.
 - Ernest Hemingway, A Farewell to Arms
Oh dark blessings, how I love and hate them!
And I have found, the beautiful way through it all, IS Hallelujah.

This week, I was awed and proud to stand watch
while one of my friends went through a significant spiritual death process,
she went through the eye of the needle.

She Let Go into the seeming void
... and found the Rock beneath
... which is not perceived as a surety in that process!

This death/birth process is a sublime opportunity for all of us.
I have been honored to be present for a few of these transitions with others -
and a few messy ones of my own!

So, I am living with all the stages (of re-creation / re-evolution / spiritual life)
all at once this week, more than usual.

It is all Grace.

Where are you in your cycles of your dark and your light
- are you allowing Hallelujah?

blessings, Wendy

Forgiveness: Not by might nor by power, but by Spirit

Forgiveness I: Saying YES to God's Blessings

Most of us have tried to forgive in the past, to varied success; we end up:
- thinking about it,
- complaining about it,
- feeling crappy & stewing about it,
- re-living it,
- yelling or crying about it,
- TRYING to let go of it!

Although I have been known to indulge in the above activities, I have found another way that Really works for me: Inviting the blessings of God, the ENERGY of forgiveness into my system. When I spiritually allow-in forgiveness blessings, it miraculously shifts my energy: my thoughts, my feelings, my Resistance to letting-go of the past, my Attachment to my pain, hurt, anger, resentment and my stories of what I think I need for a 'fair' conclusion. All this begins to melt away, and a more delicious experience grows within me, as I allow God's spiritual blessing IN and my energy shifts.

For me forgiving others is hard enough, forgiving myself is the really difficult part for me. What about you? Trying hard to forgive (myself or others) never got me very far, rather I have found the miraculous power of forgiveness truly is by Grace, not by force of will.

God is constantly showering us with mighty blessings, which we rarely let IN - how do we consciously & experientially allow God to spiritually bless us? How about try this: to let in God's blessings, it can be as straightforward as asking God for the spiritual blessing of Forgiveness by noticing a waterfall of Forgiveness energy from God into my body and the space around me. From here we have the potential to shift, sometimes subtly, sometimes profoundly. This higher energy can fill us with the blessing of forgiveness, and wash-out all the other detritus. It can be that easy to shift spiritually, if we let it.

Mother Mary is my go-to for forgiveness.
Ask her to assist you to heal and forgive.
You can intend to learn from Mary spiritually/vibrationally/monkey-see, monkey-do, about forgiveness.

This may take practice, it may require some help BTW
- this isn't how we are trained - but TRY it!
Forgiveness II: Sharing God's Blessings with the Our World

Jesus spoke about forgiveness, a lot actually. One thing he said that kind of wraps-up his perspective for me, is: "in what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged."  I used to think of this saying as a tit-for-tat kind of thing - a Judge sitting there, looking at what I did and having me 'reap what I have sown'.  If I was/wasn't willing to share my toy, therefore the Cosmic-Cop would increase or limit my access to more toys!

It turns out that the very-same judgement that I live-in and I allow for others, Really Is what is applied to me. But, having looked at this as a spiritual healer for quite a while now, I have a very different perspective on the mechanisms behind this process.  God isn't rewarding or punishing me!  It is a matter of the energy I am inhabiting.

From my perspective, the waterfall practice/analogy is really powerful here.  What I notice spiritually is: if I allow God to Grace me with the blessing of forgiveness, invite in the waterfall of the energy of Forgiveness, all those around me are in it as well.  If I allow you to be in a waterfall of forgiveness, then I am in it too - I have to be!  So what I allow for myself, you get.  What I allow for you, I get.  It is that simple.

This is not only a tremendous key in our forgiveness process, in my experience, but in all aspects of our lives: love, peace, joy, trust, healing… The blessings I allow God to shower me with, you get.  The blessings I co-create with God to shower on you, I get.  What an easy, beautiful way to transform our world!

Forgiveness Part III: Being with What IS

Spiritually, I perceive Forgiveness, as very similar to the energy of Validation, Truth, Certainty, Acceptance, Gratefulness, and 'Healing that is an experience of the Wholeness we Already Are', in God. This seemed really strange at first, because from a flesh/body-perspecitve, from my experiential, intellectual and emotional perspective, these ideas had been very different things for me. But, eventually I realized what they had in common: They are all about 'Being with what IS.'

Powerfully, spiritually 'BEING with what IS' opens up a whole new world to us. Many of us are fighting, judging and resisting what IS. It is can be life-changing to start allowing the energy of 'Being with what IS' to shift our spiritual perception, as well as how we consciously experience ourselves and our world.

In my ministry, I work with spiritual focus and energy. I believe, practice and experience that when we allow God to bless us with different energy, we change spiritually – then everything inside us and around us changes. And it does. We co-create our lives with God, from the inside-out. When we say YES, God can assist us to change our mind, change our heart, change our experience. There is much wisdom to support us in this process of' BEING with what IS'.

I find it fascinating to apply the distinctions and power of 'BEING with what IS' to Forgiveness! What I have noticed, as a spiritual healer for the last decade: at its core, Forgiveness really is fundamentally 'BEING with what IS' on every level of our being. What they did, what I did, what happened, how that affected me, them, the world…. this can just become a FACT, a past-reality; without a big-long story, without a truck-load of emotionality attached. I really can stop suffering, stop living in the past, and just BE; and I can let them do the same.

Amazingly, the healing progression over time can end up in 'Loving What Is'. It really can. And the process is not because we are mighty forgiveness machines, or because we power/fight-through it, it is by saying YES to Grace, by allowing God to bless us with the spiritual gift of forgiveness.

Blessings on your unique path, Wendy

Moving-out Darkness, Thriving in the Light: 5 Powerful Insights

For the last decade, I have been moving-out Darkness, thriving in the Light:
New Life, for myself, and for hundreds of others I have assisted.
Below are a five insights from my expereince, perhaps something useful for you:

When we are in Alignment with God, spiritually focused, we are filled with God's Light.
The lamp of the body is the (spiritual) eye;
if therefore thine eye be single (whole, mature),
thy whole body will be light
 - Jesus, according to Matthew

That's so good! But how do I do this?
Go here for an expanded perspective on what Jesus has to say on this subject.

When we are out-of-alignment with God, Darkness enters our lives.
We may or may not be conscious about it.
Pathways into Darkness come from within us (Sin) and from outside ourselves (the Adversary).
More about ways Darkness tends to enter our lives here.

WHY WHY WHY would we we open the door to the dark side?
Unconsciously or Consciously, we open the door to the dark side, and we are overcome, undone.
There are SO many reasons for this, AND there are some popular ones!
More about why we turn from the Light, toward the Darkness

Free Will: we can be who we have always been, or we can SHIFT.
We can keep going the way we are going, doing what we are doing, getting what we are getting...
OR We can ALLOW God to grow-us-up into our MATURITY in Christ.
More about Exercising our Free Will here.

For most of us, saying YES to God is a PROCESS.
It's not always easy, but it bears Great Fruit!
More about the Process of Change here.

Blessings in your unique journey, Wendy

Shifting: uncomfortable Process, great Fruit

For most of us, shifting is a PROCESS, not always easy, but letting God grow-us-up bears great fruit.

We are schooled by our society, and sometimes by our religion that change comes fast and easy.
And it does and it can - on the spiritual level.
But bringing our shifted spiritual experience into the body, into the world - this is a whole different thing - something that takes TIME and SPACE.

Healing and spiritual transformation is a Process for most folks, not a one-time event.
This is something You must do, spiritually: No one can do it for you!
AND, there is much help available, when you choose to accept it.

It is not always easy, it is not always fun.
But, when you make these changes, these spiritual choices:
your life and your world turns around - you live in a different reality!

Life without all the Darkness weighing upon us is a revelation, a revolution, a miracle, a blessing!
We open to an entirely new and lighter way of being.
We can be Free; filled with Love, Ease & Grace; and Move Forward in Life, Abundantly!

We can Choose to grow into our Maturity

We can keep going the way we are going, doing what we are doing, getting what we are getting:
or we can shift.
We can learn to CHOOSE spiritually: to Live, to Be, to Act from a spiritual perspective!
We can allow God to grow-us-up into our MATURITY in Christ.

We are called to spiritually Choose - to exercise our free-will, in our own space, our own life:
- Have Dominion: exercise the responsibility God gave us in our own lives.
- Reclaim the Authority God gave us in our own space, and in our world.

Jesus did this; he showed us the Way in this; and he calls us to Follow Him!
As we grow up in Christ, we acknowledge our spiritual center, our spiritual calling.
We also find that  spiritual warfare that is real: within us and in the world.

We can Choose to let God grow-us-up, to become Spiritual Adults, as we do this, we:
  • We face our own evil, our own shadow, our own dark side... and we let God bring Light.
  • We let go of negative influences upon us; move out the Darkness, allow more Light.
  • We start to powerfully, consciously BE and ACT in the world, as Disciples of Christ.
Letting-go of negative influences, from within us and from outside of us,
can mean letting go of energies, habits, lies, programming, etc.  that is not who we are in God.
It can also mean letting go of unclean spirits: 'spiritual personalities' that are not-in-alignment-with-God.

But that is not enough, if one is to stay FREE, and take up the reins of our lives as spiritual adults.
We must let God HEAL us.
We have to spiritually choose to close the spiritual 'doors' through which these energies enter:
  • letting go of influences, habits, beliefs, emotions that get in the way of our authority in our own space;
  • taking responsibility for our own space, our own lives.

This is all well and good - but how do we shift, what is the process? (See more if you wish)

OR - If you want to learn more, please see my website for information about how we can work together, to serve your Wholeness and Brightness in God.

Where does Darkness tend to enter?

Being out-of-alignment with God, entertaining evil; Darkness enters our lives through our spiritual choice.
We may or may not be conscious about it, but these are the usual choices of pathways into Darkness:
  1. A spiritual choice within us: turning-away from Light, into Darkness, this is Sin;
  2. Spiritual attacks from outside us: encouraging us to open more to the Darkness, making room for the Adversary.
Again, 2 main issues when we are out-of-alignment with God:

1) INSIDE: our own turning away from God, from our unique Way in God, from Life, from Light.
This turning-away spiritually is BEING in Sin, in Darkness.
What we DO in that darkness, when out of alignment with God, are sins: we miss the mark.

2) From OUTSIDE: deleterious effects are visited UPON us, upon our physical and spiritual experiences, and upon our choices.
These are the effect of the dark-side on us, when we come under the influence of unclean spirits, demons, powers, principalities...  we give up our free-will, we abdicate our God-given Authority over our own lives.

Unconsciously or Consciously, we open the door to the dark side, and we are overcome, undone.

-> WHY would we we open the door to the dark side?  see here for some reasons.

WHY would we we open the door to the dark side?

Unconsciously or Consciously, we open the door to the dark side, and we are overcome, undone.

WHY WHY WHY would we we open the door to the dark side?

There are SO many reasons for this, but here are some popular ones:

- >  Because we want the fruit of this world more than we want the fruit of the Spirit.
We are willing to take the hand of a devil rather than the hand of the Almighty.

The famous 'deals with the devil' are about desiring the riches of this world, in an unbalanced way.  (Kind of like Jesus' third temptation)
But the people I work with, day-in and day-out, are mostly just trying to keep their 'head above water'.  (Kind of like Jesus' first and second temptations)
(see Jesus Temptations)

->  Because we have been through abuse, trauma, intense and challenging circumstances, and we say in our heart: Where is God?! HELP! In desperation, I will take any help I can get!!!

This could have happened LONG ago.  Lots of times this occurs in childhood when we are small and the 'giants' around us are sometimes (or often) unSAFE;  our world in unpredictable and out of our CONTROL.  Many people decide during childhood to accept help from the dark-side, and this stays with us until we un-earth it, and say good-bye to those energies and agreements.

->  Because life becomes too much for us!  When we get overwhelmed with life, fear, pain, responsibilities, the past, the future… most folks 'check-out', turn to addictions, compulsions, obsessions...

This is average human behavior, this is garden-variety: what else CAN we do when our load gets too great and we cannot go on, when we cannot BE with ourselves or with God, anymore?  There are other paths - but most of us don't KNOW that!
Meanwhile, in our desperation, when we turn to these addictions, we are turning even farther from BEing IN God.

When we turn to the dark-side, whatever our reasons,
the doors open farther to the unclean spirits - it becomes a vicious cycle.
A cycle which ends up in a Gordian knot: a mighty stuck-ness inside us, and a mighty mess in our lives.

God is still here - but our back is turned.

Spiritually, God gave us free-will;  Dominion/Authority: in our bodies, our lives, our world.
The less we are in charge, we enter a negative spiral: the less we are in-charge.
The more we are in charge, we enter a positive spiral: the more we are in-charge.

A central part of my ministry is to help folks close the 'doors' to the dark-side,
take back their free-will and their God-given Authority in their space, and in their lives
... and then turn the Titanic, turning their lives and their world, around.

We can Choose to change - to grow into our Maturity in Christ.  Read more Here.

When our eye is single, our body is full of Light

When we are in Alignment with God, spiritually focused, we are filled with God's Light.
The lamp of the body is the (spiritual) eye;
if therefore thine eye be single (whole, mature),
thy whole body will be light
 - Jesus, according to Matthew
That's so good, let's read a different perspective on what Jesus has to say on the subject:
No man, when he hath lighted a lamp, putteth it in a cellar, neither under the bushel,
but on the stand, that they which enter in may see the light.
The lamp of thy body is thine eye:
when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light;
but when it is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.
Look therefore whether the light that is in thee be not darkness.
If therefore thy whole body be full of light, having no part dark, it shall be wholly full of light,
as when the lamp with its bright shining doth give thee light.
 - Jesus, according to Luke
Most folks don't really know what this verse means,
but this practice is central to Meditation with Jesus:
you can bring this way of BEING into fruition, if you choose to.

You can be more and more a lamp for God's Light:
comfortably, easily SHINING within yourself, and in your world!

Jesus Temptations, and ours

1Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. 2And after He had fasted forty days and forty nights, He then became hungry. 3And the tempter came and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.” 4But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘MAN SHALL NOT LIVE ON BREAD ALONE, BUT ON EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDS OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD.’”
5Then the devil took Him into the holy city and had Him stand on the pinnacle of the temple,
6and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down; for it is written,
7Jesus said to him, “On the other hand, it is written, ‘YOU SHALL NOT PUT THE LORD YOUR GOD TO THE TEST.’”
8Again, the devil took Him to a very high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory; 9and he said to Him, “All these things I will give You, if You fall down and worship me.” 10Then Jesus said to him, “Go, Satan! For it is written, ‘YOU SHALL WORSHIP THE LORD YOUR GOD, AND SERVE HIM ONLY.’” 11Then the devil left Him; and behold, angels came and began to minister to Him.

Spiritual Direction Quotes

The aim of spiritual direction is the formation of a partnership between God, the directee, and the director in a holy alchemy, which lovingly upholds the directee during exploration and deepening of one’s relationship with God, others, all creation, and the higher Self… spiritual direction provides an opportunity to regularly reflect on life’s events and circumstances from a spiritual perspective. Spiritual practices, including spiritual direction, have the ability to expand one’s inner awareness where stillness, peace, happiness, and joy reside;  meditation (and other practices) ... may be offered as tools to support the directee in experiencing God in every moment of this sacred dance called life.
- Donna Woods

Spiritual guidance is being present in the moment, seeing and honoring the sacred mystery of the soul of another. It is witnessing this mystery and reflecting it back in word, prayer, thought, presence, and action. Spiritual guidance is modeling a deep relationship with the Divine and standing in faith and love with the other as that relationship unfolds. Spiritual guidance is a journey of deep healing and an affirmation of Holiness (wholeness), the Sacred, and the Mystery of all of life.
- Carol A. Fournier

The object of spiritual direction is to cultivate one’s ability to discern God’s presence in one’s life — to notice and appreciate moments of holiness, to maintain an awareness of the interconnectedness of all things, to explore ways to be open to the Blessed Holy One in challenging and difficult moments as well as in joyful ones. The director serves as a companion and witness, someone who helps you (sometimes with questions, sometimes just by listening) to discern the divine where you might have missed it and to integrate that awareness into your daily life.
- Jacob Staub

Spiritual direction is essentially companioning someone in his or her spiritual life. Other ways of describing spiritual direction include holy listening, spiritual friendship, sacred journeying.
- Janna Larson

Spiritual direction is the contemplative practice of helping another person or group to awaken to the mystery called God in all of life, and to respond to that discovery in a growing relationship of freedom and commitment.
- James Keegan

Spiritual Direction is a time-honored term for a conversation, ordinarily between two persons, in which one person consults another, more spiritually experienced person about the ways in which God may be touching her/his life, directly or indirectly. In our post-modern age, many people dislike the term spiritual direction because it sounds like one person giving directions, or orders, to another. They prefer "spiritual companionship," "tending the holy," or some other nomenclature. What we call it doesn’t make any real difference. The reality remains conversations about life in the light of faith...
- Marian Cowan

Spiritual direction, an ancient ministry... is a relationship in which one person assists another, or others, in attending to God’s presence and call.
- Presbyterian Church, USA

Spiritual direction is the process of accompanying people on a spiritual journey. Spiritual direction exists in a context that emphasizes growing closer to God
- Unknown author, ubiquitous use

(Spiritual) direction is primarily interested in our universal spiritual experience and that necessitates the capacity and willingness to notice God through many lenses. Direction is not about telling people what to believe or how to act but working with the Spirit to discover, surface, name for themselves, and engage in what God is doing.  – Rev. Kenton Smith

My Spiritual Journey & Opening to my Spiritual Senses & Gifts

One of the ways to introduce myself, is by sharing the highlights of my opening to spiritual gifts, as someone who Loves God.

I always remember experiencing strong clairsentience (spiritual feeling) & some claircognizance (spiritual knowing-ness). Growing up in an abusive household, I used that to help "protect" me (It didn’t really help, in retrospect; but I had an illusion of some control at least ; )

I grew up Catholic. I can point to my first conscious mystical encounter, when I experienced Mary while doing rosary in my room, a few weeks before Confirmation - so i was IDK 12-ish? That was Awesome.

What was Not awesome, was my actual Confirmation experience: where I watched the Bishop having behavior that pretended to be spiritual, but had no 'magic' in it… it was just words and waving of arms, but nothing real occurred as happening. I was afraid of him, yes, and the prospect of being called to account, and being terribly shy, and such. But, I was actively NOT Awed… in retrospect, I was actively disappointed by the lack of Actual spiritual experience. What a shame to have the shell of the experience left as a ritual, but the experience itself be empty, hollow.

Confirmation is intended to be a turn farther INTO the church, but for me, it ended up being a turn away… I know now, that If I want to experience God in church, I gotta 'bring God with me'; but I remember my Confirmation as one of the 2 significant disappointments with my Catholic church experience.

The other big disappointment in my Catholicism, I was IDK 15, and I had been agnostic for a couple years. I finally told my folks, and they were UPSET, as were many of my family and friends. My mom dragged me off to the priest to FIX me: aye… He said things that make sense to me Now, about his personal experience of God. But at the time, the interaction just fed my belief that these religious people are, um, let's say intellectually challenged ; )

I found the whole 'coming out as agnostic' experience very strange, because, except for Sunday mornings and holidays, their belief in God seemed to make no noticeable difference in the life of my friends and family. But, most of them were UPSET about my agnosticism. I couldn't understand that, I still don't, really...

I spent the bulk of my teens as an agnostic. And, I continue to believe that the intellect cannot understand God or spiritual reality very well (if at all) and has very different values and priorities; therefore the intellect doesn't have good reason to believe in God, IMO. In retrospect, I also see my agnosticism as an important and necessary stage in my spiritual journey.

Another important stage was being 'born again Christian' in a house church. I opened to this expereince because of the palpable Love of those people for each other and for God. I opened and I became willing to experience something awesome, a spiritual experience that could be named experiencing 'God' *directly*. It was in part an emotional/body experience, and yet also spiritually true. So, no matter where I have been since, I cannot deny this spiritual experience - this is a touchstone for me, which has been really helpful along the way.  Reminds me of what Amy Grant says in her song: 1974:
As the years go by
How I need to see
That's still me
My clairaudience (spiritual hearing) came on strong after a Christian ‘baptism in the Spirit’ right after being 'born again' when I was 17. I was 'on fire' with God for a couple years, after that the honeymoon was over, but real 'married life' had begun, in earnest...

As I said, my relationship with God was really delicious for at least a year or two, but then, the intellect I purposefully 'gave to God' when i was 'born again' was overtly given back to me: it was time for me to grow up, spiritually.

I did have and I do have real spiritual experience: I had to learn to reconcile that with competing thoughts, beliefs, emotions, influences and experiences in my physical life. That process has been extremely challenging and rewarding beyond measure.

I spent most of my 20's struggling with intellectual issues around God, and then also struggling with allowing my perceptions and relationship with God to shift: again and again. I opened to different spiritual paths and ways of experiencing God, outside of the average Christian paradigms. I resisted a lot, so it was painful and slow... I can see now that spiritually I was being pushed out of the 'nest': to learn, to grow, to change, to experience many different pathways to The One.

At 29, my clairvoyance (spiritual seeing) came ON very strongly in a life-changing interaction with God, while driving alone across the Delaware Memorial Bridge (of all places!) on my way to a solo weekend of beach camping. I went 'out of time' for what seemed like a really long time, but really was just the time it took to cross the bridge...

This very different expereince of God and spiritual reality was intense.  My spiritual visual senses turning way UP was not consciously asked for, and stood my world on-end!  I am grateful And it was very challenging to deal with at the time. I had no conscious control over my clairvoyance - visions would come when they came… My clairaudience was turned way down for awhile, which encouraged my clairvoyance to develop; but this was disconcerting, since I was used to HEARING God. I was used to talking with God and now, instead, I was being encouraged to visually relate to God instead…

I had related to many different concepts and faces of God through my 20's, but I was encouraged to let them go and interact primarily with this new face of God - this was truly a Delight, but strange and unnerving as well. I was grok-ing the world very differently, I was opening to new and very challenging paradigms. This was a time of Huge shift, uncomfortable and exciting.

Also, my healing abilities really started waking up, ~8 months later, when I turned 30, I was ‘called’ as a healer (“You are a Healer becoming”)

This is when I started getting into Real Trouble.

On a minor level, from the time my clairvoyance opened, I started experiencing more intense spiritual ‘attacks’ that were uncomfortable and confusing, sometimes disturbing and scary. (the worst was experiencing ‘entities’ coming into my space in uncomfortable and invasive ways)

More detrimental to my wellness, I started using my abilities in healing relationships (I became a massage therapist) I was very good at it, but ended up drained, and sick, eventually bed-ridden for years because Energetically I had terrible boundaries – I was inclined to take on other’s energy to try to heal them and transmute their negative energies. I ended up getting almost every injury and illness, as well as emotional challenge, that my clients experienced – ugh. For Me this was a difficult, painful, dangerous road!

Eventually after many years of churning and suffering (and RESISTING), I dedicated myself to an intense spiritual training program. Because of my 'religious programming' against utilizing spiritual senses (psychics are evil) AND my fear of being 'seen' and judged; as well as avoidance of getting down to my Real Healing (which has been Intense) - I avoided this for many years.

I was very ill, bedridden or housebound for years -  and headed downward. I believe if I hadn’t finally been willing to take this healing road, to repent (change direction), I would be dead by now, after much terrible suffering... This lever of extreme illness 'strongly-encouraged' me to shift and open to my own spiritual healing and development in a whole new way.  I had not been willing to LET GO, to allow my concept of God and myself and the world to fundamentally shift, except under these most dire of circumstances!

Finally, I did go where I had been led (but avoided) for years - I learned to utilize techniques that really serve me spiritually, to co-create healing and spiritual opening - for myself and others. I learned to be spiritually safe & comfortable, to own my personal space, and be in charge of my spiritual abilities. Practicing daily meditation, as well as serving others through teaching, healing, and utilizing spiritual gifts as a minister, in safe, structured ways has served me greatly in the process of my physical, emotional, relational and spiritual wellness. And my healing has, of course, made a huge difference in my ability to serve others, as well. I committed to learn, practice and serve in an intense Psychic/Soul healing & training program for 4 years, and since 1995 I have been healing and serving on my own.

I enjoy my gifts and abilities very much, and I allow them to continue opening/increasing. I believe we are all spirit, and we all have these spiritual senses and abilities, it is a matter of allowing them to open (or re-open) in safe and comfortable ways.

I continue to deepen in my spiritual path, relationship with God, Jesus, Angels, and other spiritual supporters. I work with others to assist them on their own unique journey.

I am so glad for my challenges, they have led me to an Incredible, Exciting, Fruitful life in God and in service to other's spiritual deepening.

So that is my spiritual journey, in a *relatively* small nutshell.

My Special Sauce

I work WITH Jesus.  Yes, like so many others, I work with Angels too, which is amazing!  AND what is different about me, is we work together with Jesus, experientially.

So, we don't just talk about Jesus and the Bible - because, as interesting as that may be, it won't change your life!  We actually communicate with him and heal with him.  And most importantly, we LEARN from Jesus SPIRITUALLY.  I share the fundamentals of vibration-ally and consciously learning from Jesus, so you are will be equipped to do this ON YOUR OWN.

I am not up on a pedestal - we are just two children of God, doing our own work, learning our own lessons, and allowing God to lead us each on our own unique journey.

At the same time, I offer Awesome Tools & Distinctions that act as levers in your system, to ratchet you where you want to go, to assist you to let go of what you are done with, to allow God to bless you with New Energy & Possibilities, and create together with God to MOVE in the direction of your dreams!

I am called as a healer.  I was called as a 'healer becoming', right after I turned 30, about 17 years ago.  It has been a heck of a ride since then, but I am now well-equipped to support you on your healing journey!  I am passionate about assisting you to heal, learn, grow, deepen along your Unique Path...

And More importantly, I am continually investing in my OWN spiritual work.  I am dedicated to my own spiritual path, deep healing and personal growth;  and I have been since my mid-teens.  As I move along my own path, the more I have to offer you.  I am committed to keeping going on my path and I hope you are too!  I know it is challenging and confronting sometimes, but I don't ask you to do anything that I am not already doing myself.

I designed my flexible one-to-one format, which includes Deep Healing, Meditation with Jesus, Soul Counseling and Spiritual Direction; to give you in an accessible way to receive support and encouragement, just-in-time learning, and
consistent growth and healing.

I operate through neutrality (comfortable non-judgment) & amusement (PLAY!).  These are the cornerstones of our spiritually-focused practice.  These practices not only make the work into play, they make the work Possible!

I love God.  I have been consciously Dancing with the Divine for over 30 years.  It is such a rich, exciting way to live!

Want to know MORE?

My abiding passion for spiritual deepening, healing, growth and presence make me a remarkable supporter for others on their unique journey.  I offer training in meditation & healing techniques, as well as mystical experience and spiritual gifts, through my bi-coastal ministry.

Here are some highlights from my path:

  • Because I loved playing with religious and spiritual theory & practice; and because I hoped to go on to serve as a minister or monastic: I graduated from Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ) with a Bachelors degree in Religion.

  • I needed more real-world experience, as well as emotional and spiritual healing & maturity before ministry, so I served in non-profits (Girl Scouts and American Red Cross) throughout my 20’s, in volunteer and field management, logistics, promotion, and training.

  • As I turned 30, I was spiritually "called" as a ‘healer becoming.’ So, I invested a year in a holistic, integrated massage training program and graduated Health Choices for the Healing Arts (Belle Mead, NJ) to become a Certified Massage Therapist.  I built a successful massage practice, providing nurturing comfort and care to clients. I passionately enjoyed this hands-on healing work for several years.

  • Meanwhile, I began having increasingly significant and disturbing physical and spiritual symptoms.  Eventually, I became very ill, unable to work… mostly bedridden for many years.  Nothing I did helped me feel better for very long, most things I tried made me Worse!  I looked high and low, around the country for the assistance I needed to return to light & life... After years of pain, darkness and dwindling hope: Finally, I found a program offering meditation and healing techniques that really worked for me - yay!  So, I moved from NJ to Seattle, and immersed myself in this new way of Being; in the process learning a LOT about how to support my own and other folks’ wellness and spiritual growth.  I utilized the tools I was given, to assist me firmly back on my path of wellness, as well as to significantly deepen in my spiritual connection and healing abilities.

  • I became so excited about this spiritual information and the opportunities which blossomed from it – I wanted to share!  So I studied, practiced and served in Seminary  intensively for a total of four years, to earn my Ordination, as well as Certification as a Spiritual Teacher.
I have been serving folks within this paradigm since I turned 40, in 2005.
